This role forms a key part of our business operations and we’re looking for a person that can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and have attention to detail. A key responsibility includes owning and developing the process cycle from provision to billing.
Other responsibilities include liaising with customers and suppliers on details regarding delivery, providing regular updates and completing handovers once complete.
Prior experience not essential but is desirable.

The candidate will be an integral part in meeting and exceeding the needs of our customer base on both new installations and through our service desk; helping to drive client issues to closure; helping to improve support tools and managing projects from start to end.
We’re looking for an individual who can sell our existing products and services into a B2B environment, generate leads through various channels and cross-sell our solutions to our client base.
